In this step we call Step 2 and before learn in this step, you must follow :
Step 1 : Cteate New Project

Please see your project before :

Double Click Belajar VB (see above picture)
and then will show like below picture :


You can change Caption in Properties : Menu Utama Belajar VB


Click Menu Editor
And then you create Menu in Menu Editor :


Click OK
If you Run your project like below picture :

After that you can also change windowState in Main Menu form like below picture :
